Letter to New York State Governor George Clinton from Massachusetts Governor John Hancock regarding the repeal of the reward offered by Massachusetts for the leaders of Shays Rebellion. Hancock requests that Clinton rescind the order for the arrest of Daniel Shays, Luke Day, Adam Wheeler, and Eli Parsons as well.
